SECOND SCHEDULE FEES

1.      Fees for licence

         (a)   To collect edible birds’ nests

RM 100 per annum or part thereof

         (b)   To sell or deal in edible birds' nests

RM 100 per annum or part thereof

         (c)   To import unprocessed edible birds’ nests

RM 2 per kilogram

         (d)   To export processed edible birds’ nests

RM 50 per kilogram

         (e)   To import processed edible birds’ nests

RM 50 per kilogram

         (f)   To build, erect or maintain a building or  swiftlets farming

RM 200 per year or part thereof

2.       Fee for a duplicate licence

RM 5 per copy

1.         TO APPLY FOR A LICENCE TO SELL OR DEAL IN
            EDIBLE BIRDS’ NESTS

             Documents to be submitted:-

             Application Form (WL( EBN ) 2/2002 Revised)

             Certified Photostat IC

             Certificate of Registration

             Business Trading Licence

             List of names, address, identity card of persons employed in the 
             sale of edible birds’ nests

2.          TO APPLY FOR A LICENCE TO IMPORT  
             UNPROCESSED / PROCESSED EDIBLE BIRDS’ NESTS
             (WL(EBN) 3/2002 Revised)

3.          TO APPLY FOR A LICENCE TO EXPORT PROCESSED
             EDIBLE BIRDS’ NESTS 

             Documents to be submitted:-

             Application Form  (WL(EBN) 3/2002 Revised)

             Photocopy – Valid Licence to Sell or deal in Edible Birds’ Nests

4.          TO BUILD, ERECT OR MAINTAIN ANY BUILDING OR
             STRUCTURE FOR SWIFTLETS FARMING

             Documents to be submitted:- (WL(EBN) 1/2007 npwl1)

             Application Form

             Photostat IC (certified)

             Working Paper

             Printout Title & Copy of Land Title

             Cadastral/Locality Plan

             Power of Attorney or Letter of Consent (if not the land owner)*

             Sales of Purchased Agreement*

             Certificate of Registration*

             Business Trading Licence*

             List of names, address, identity card of persons employed in the
             collection of edible birds’ nests
